  • Before wastewater enters the main treatment units, pretreatment is carried out to remove large suspended solids, oils, and coarse particles, reducing the load on subsequent treatment processes. Pretreatment methods include:

  • Screening: Filtering out large solid particles.

  • Grit Removal: Removing heavy inorganic particles.

  • Oil-Water Separation: Removing oils and greases from the wastewater.

  • Chemical Treatment: Using chemicals to treat pollutants in the water, such as coagulation, precipitation, and redox reactions.

  • Physical Treatment: Methods such as filtration and dissolved air flotation to remove suspended and dissolved pollutants.

深度處理和回用
Advanced Treatment and Reuse

經過主要處理後,廢水可能仍含有微量污染物,這時需要進行深度處理,目的是進一步去除殘留污染物,達到排放標準或回用標準。常用的深度處理技術包括:

  • 活性炭吸附:去除殘留的有機污染物。

  • 反滲透(RO):去除溶解性鹽類和有機物。

  • 紫外線消毒:殺滅水中的病原微生物。

  • After primary treatment, the wastewater may still contain trace pollutants, necessitating advanced treatment to further remove residual contaminants to meet discharge or reuse standards. Common advanced treatment technologies include:

  • Activated Carbon Adsorption: Removing residual organic pollutants.

  • Reverse Osmosis (RO): Removing dissolved salts and organic compounds.

  • Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection: Killing pathogenic microorganisms in the water.

Sludge Treatment and Disposal

廢水處理過程中會產生大量的污泥,需要進行適當的處理和處置。污泥處理包括:

  • 濃縮:通過重力或機械方法濃縮污泥,減少體積。

  • 消化:厭氧或好氧消化污泥,減少有機物含量,穩定污泥。

  • 脫水:利用濾壓機、離心機等設備脫水,進一步減少污泥體積。

  • 最終處置:包括填埋、焚燒或用作土壤改良劑等。

  • The wastewater treatment process generates significant amounts of sludge, which requires proper treatment and disposal. Sludge treatment includes:

  • Dewatering: Using equipment such as filter presses or centrifuges to further reduce sludge volume.

  • Final Disposal: Including landfill, incineration, or use as soil conditioner.
